YELLOW FEVER – British soft rock band Coldplay kicked off their two-show South African tour on Wednesday 5 October at Green Point Stadium. The band, consisting of lead singer Chris Martin (pictured right), lead guitarist Johnny Buckland, bass guitarist Guy Berryman, and drummer Will Champion, apologised to South Africans for taking 12 years to come to the South Africa, joking that it had taken them “that long to get a visa.” The band also performed at the FNB Stadium in Soweto on Saturday 8 October.
